The X-Force Abdominal Crunch is performed by first positioning yourself on the machine securely. Be sure to perform the movement slowly, paying careful attention to using only your abdominal muscles to performing each crunch. It has a preset handles position and stable elbow pads to prevent excess arm pull, and well-designed leg pads to prevent eliopsoas muscle use during workout. It has comfortable and easy weight adjustment while seated.
